What is the issue?
Guard rails present large gaps. This makes it a challenge to keep small souls, who are unwise to sailing dangers, aboard.
Why address this?
Loosing our children and pets overboard is unthinkable, and yet it is hard to strap them down. A compromise needs to be achieved.
How to address this?
Use lifeline netting as presented in figure 1 to keep children and pets aboard.
