Stowing and drying boots

What is the issue?
Most boats have a wet locker but few have any provisions for storing and drying sailing boots.

Why address this?
Boots need a place where they can be stowed and dried.

How to address this?
Install a boot rack in the base of the wet locker as presented in figure 1. Because the boots are inverted wet oil skins may be hung above them.
